SCAM This is review in May 30th 2012 This company program crashed my pc. Had to reinstall windows as i could not connect to internet and pc was not responsive to commands. they did not Give me a REFUND! I Emailed them as support chat said to do so and even canceled account and yet they still do not honor my refund they say they never got my emails. i read other reviews and i am not the only person they have taken advantage of. This is very upsetting!
After days of asking for my refund they change logs to chat. even block my IP address i had use proxy to get back to website and they do not email you a password reset i had to wait another day and complain with them. They say they have no phone number to contact them at all i was told this by support. but then my bank gives me there number and when i got there number and posted it in chat then they sent me email with cancelation as to no reaccuring payments and they even sent me my password reset. STILL NO REFUND!!!!!!!!
I am upset how they can offer a 7 day refund and after 1 day of using service and being assured by their support my refund is on its way. they dont pay u back and even after pc reinstallation and usage proof with their company for only 1 day they basically rip me off and damage my pc and flat out SCAM ME!!!!!!!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!

Poor customer support, they take days to answer support tickets. The speed is not so good either, this VPN is massively overrated.
I use it daily for normal web browsing and video streaming. I had no problem with the connectin and the speed has been decent so far .
Was a good service until they decided to close my account for downloading torrents. VyprVPN, like most VPN providers log your activity, and they close your account if they receive a DMCA complaint. If you don`t need torrents this may be a good option. Otherwise keep looking!
Tried it a few days ago. The connection from the europe server was ok, but kind of slow. Got about 1Mb from speed tests vs 10Mb+ normally. The US connection worked better though. From what I noticed, torrents seems to really like VyprVPN while seeding, but when trying to download it seems to hate VyprVPN. Can`t figure out why..
Also my europe connection sometimes drops off after some time and my torrent software started using my normal IP…
