I checked out this site to see if it would work for my needs so that I could access my company’s VPN from a location that was being blocked. This service did not work. I let them know it did not work and that I was not going to be using their services. They logged in to my account and charged me for three weeks of use when I never used it. When I called them on it they threatened to provide false data backing up their side to not repay the fraudulent fees. DO NOT USE THEM! BEWARE!!! YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE COMPROMISED AND YOU WILL HAVE FRAUDULENT CHARGES!
I live in Korea and was able to use Surf Bouncer adequately until I began getting interference from cookies that needed to be removed each start up. That became a cumbersome project each time I wanted to use Surf Bouncer that I just started going to I-Tunes and forgot about Netflix, Amazon, et al.
I received a notice that my subscription was coming up for renewal soon and that I needed to respond to avoid a cancellation in my service. I decided to just let it extinguish.
That did not happen. Instead, SurfBouncer automatically renewed my subscription – which they know I have not used in months! They told me I had no warrant for complaint and have not answered my recent letter,
I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Decent vpn, however you can get cheaper.
I’ve used surfbouncer for about 4 months. They responded my emails quickly. I like that they frequently change IP addresses and tehy have a good choice of US or Euro IP addresses.
There are a lot of providers out there and I’m sure several of them work well, but I`ll stick with surfbouncer.
