Frequent disconnections and certain VPN lines not working has been an ongoing problem since 2010.
On March 2012 they unilaterally and retroactively changed terms and conditions to retroactively ban P2P sharing — but would turn it back on for more money.
When customer support was contacted on this point, they were rude and arrogant.
You would have to be a lunatic to sign up to this service in 2012.

I paid with PayPal 3 days ago and my account is still in review. I opened a ticket about this, and no response for 24h. Today I opened another one, if they don`t answer in 24h and refund me I`ll open a dispute with PayPal….
It was great a few years ago, now it`s overcrowded. Really slow speeds on most servers and support doesn`t answer in a timely fashion. Stay away!
The account activated 5 days after initiation. The site says 2 days. I then wrote to cancel the account and refund the money as I had gone to another provider that didn’t take 5 days to activate.. I didnt get a response so I sent another email with no response and another. 13 days later I finally receive a response and a refusal to refund the money or cancel the account. Then I receive an email 19 days after this from my credit card saying there were some questionable charges on my account. I am assuming it is from this transaction and Visa is currently investigating.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I agree with you, very bad support. Slow to reply when we send email or to solve a problem with the connection. They sometimes have service interuptions.
There are cheaper VPNs out there. For this price, I expect good service, politeness and efficiency from customer service.
VPN is ok, but support has to improve. If you have problems with your connection, be ready to wait about 3 days to have an answer and not to mention when you want to cancel your subscription. It drives you crazy.
